At Stigall Primary, we have an enriching program for all of our Pre-K students. We currently have four (4) Pre-K classes in the Humboldt City School System. Families must meet state-mandated income and eligibility requirements to be enrolled in a voluntary Pre-K classes.
Attending a Pre-K program supports students' social and emotional development while helping them transition more smoothly from home to the elementary school environment.
Teachers implement the all-inclusive C4L curriculum, guiding students through a range of themes throughout the year. From exploring personal identity to understanding their role in the community, each theme is reinforced through literacy and supported by a related book.
